PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello blogosphere! I hope this finds you all relaxed, happy, and 5, alright who am I kidding, TEN lbs heavier after the holidays!

I just wanted you all to know that I’m currently helping produce a short feature and working with some very talented friends (including Miss Jess Greske) and we need your help! We are raising money and are hoping to shoot in February. I know the holidays just hit everyone’s wallets pretty fiercly, but if you could spare even $1, we would be eternally grateful! Below is a little teaser trailer of our three main characters:

Jewish Santa is Coming!

Hey QP World,

Of course we’re all super busy for the holidays and some of us (Mel) aren’t even in the country!

However, right before I left for the extra chilly Chicago weather, I had the pleasure of working on something for Funny or Die and Brett Gelman. Don’t know Brett Gelman? Best check him out – he’s got the funnies all over him! He was also in the Other Guys so you can see him there too.

I decked a short called “Jewish Santa is Coming” marking the first chance I had to work for FoD.

It’s quite an absurb little piece but Brett is just too funny in it. So enjoy!

Thigh does not lie…

How many times has it happened where we leave our apts and its 50 degreess, by one in the afternoon its in the low 70′s and by the time you head home its in the mid 50′s again. Gurrllll I can’t be sporting a sweat while at work, it just doesn’t go with my ensemble. And along with fluctuating temps are fluctuating funds. The holidays are upon us, and tis the season to give, and not spend all your money on yourselves, even though those chunky sweaters are super cute and on sale! And oh, whats that! Do I see chandelier drop earrings…?! FOCUS. Tis the season to give.
So we have to make shift with what we have. And now is the perfect time to! All over the fashion blogs and mags we have seen the trend of layering. I CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF IT! What a perfect way to get use of your summer AND winter clothes! With the layering in mind, I am LOVING the thigh high socks. I love the idea of pairing them with some textured tights, boots and shorts! voila! Adorbz and not to mention getting use out of all your seasonal clothes. (since in LA we have summer and “winter”) I have been sporting thigh highs with some tall boots and dress’ totally cute, keeps you warm, and did I mention cute?! Wearing them up the thigh, or peaking right above your boots! Don’t have the perfect tall boot? Don’t fret, because thigh highs have also been seen with Oxford’s, heels, and booties! Don’t have any of those? Then gurrrlllll, close the laptop, turn off the computer, and go get yourself a pair! ;)
